Was hesitant to buy thinking can they be as good as the reviews state, I’m amazed by them. Suffered way too long with BV, tried many different products without success. First day taking noticed a difference, every day just got better. A week in now and no nasty smells or discharge. Wish I had found these sooner. I don’t taste anything when I take the tablets but they are quite large so sometimes hard to get down but definitely worth taking. I’ll be 100% subscribing to this brand!

Right I dont actually know where I sit with these! Im not sure if its psychosomatic or has actually helped so here goes... Im an overweight 45, undiagnosed perimenopausal, overweight woman who takes the mini pill therefore I no longer have periods. I have never had issues before but a few months ago I noticed I had more discharge than usual (particularly first thing in a morning when wiping after having a wee) and slightly more cream in colour with an odour. Nothing sinister or foul smelling but an odour what i can only describe as earthy/metallic so different for me. Like most people I've seen ads on social media and I've also done a Google and the same thing kept popping up about PH balance. I read reviews on here and some were appaling, some not so bad and some that read well. I decided to give these a go. I've now done 1 packet (2 left for tomorrow) and I have noticed that there doesnt appear to be as much discharge or the earthy odour but is it because I know im taking these or because they've helped? Im undecided. I do know I will continue to purchase until my mind is properly made up as to whether its in my head or not. I would suggest to try them and see how you feel. I have had no side effects whatsoever and for the price I just think nothing ventured nothing gained.

Some of the capsules were missing due to packaging, spoken to freesoul who were brilliant and rectified the issues. Still the best intimate flora capsules I've had. Only packaging was an issue and freesoul sorted the issues so fast!

I like the packaging and it’s easy to swallow, but doesn’t really work for me. Not as effective as expected.
