Surprisingly Delicious
This was suggested to me when I bought a similar item; Korean ramen I think. I decided to buy it and try something new, but I didn't have high hopes for black bean flavored noodles. It didn't sound particularly exciting. When I tried it I was pleasantly surprised. It's full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. The noodles have great texture if you follow the 5 minutes of boiling instructions; not too soft or firm; nice and full bodies compared to a ramen noodle. I suspect that you could microwave them for 2-2.5 minutes, let them sit for 5 min, then strain them, but I haven't tried it. I don't mind the stove top boiling. It actually smells really nice when have just the seasoning in the water.

Delicious yet strong flavored ramen
It's good but it has a weird after taste it's also vegan and a super nice ramen it's quick and easy to make i didnt give it 5 stars because it had an after taste that I didn't love but I didn't hate it other than that it's really good . Wouldn't recommend if you don't like strong after taste or strong flavors .
