I ruptured a tendon in my foot and have been walking on the outside edge of my right foot since. It causes a lot of foot pain and also impacts my back.The heel wedges weren't working to correct the supination in any way, and I knew I needed something that would lift the entire side of my foot. I am SO happy I found these. They make all the difference and I'm able to put my weight on the ball of my foot behind my big toe the way I'm supposed to.

Helps with the supination....which is common among many patients recovering from a stroke. It allows users to step/walk comfortably. People with 'Wide/W' shoe sizes will notice a small gap (which can be taken care of by inserting paper/cloth or other material of your choice). Note to manufacturer : Wish it was available in Wide/Extra-Wide variations like other insoles available in the market, and then users can easily trim it along dotted lines.

The idea is great will help to align posture, however the material gets wrinkled creating some sore of crest, that eventually may cause discomfort, overall great idea if material is improved you’ll have a good product.

This product has worked wonders for my supination problem in my right ankle. I have ordered 2 packs. Since I only have a problem with my right foot, I can flip the left insert over and use it on my right foot. Very supportive and comfortable and does not lose its shape.

Don't get unless you like walking on hard surface all day long . These are so hard it made them unbearable for me to wear

Put these in my shoes and all the pain is gone. No soreness on few days .

I've been looking for an insert to correct my supination after I rolled my right ankle. Trying these inserts to see if it can slowly fix my issue. First thing to note is that these takes a long time to ship. It states that when you order them. Please do not ding the seller for that. As for the product, it comes in two sets - 2 left and 2 right. For me, I can use them in two shoes. It comes as 2 pairs, use what you need and keep the others just in case. I purchased the 43/44 and for reference, I placed it next to my insole from my OC shoe size 11.5. I had to adjust it once I placed it between my shoe and insole by pushing it more towards the heel. It fits nicely in my case and does not move around when walking on it. It does correct my walking posture and force my right foot to walk more inward and straighten the walking process. It is a bit painful, and I imagine will take a bit to get used to it while adjusting my walking, hopefully. Finally, as can be seen in the picture, it is not a large incline so not sure if it would help if one had a really serious supination issue. Overall, the price is reasonable and if you can withstand the long shipping time, it is worth trying it to see if it helps your issue.

While these do rock my foot to the inside, I find them too narrow for my shoes and feet. My foot is hanging off the inside edge making them uncomfortable, like having a rolled sock. I also find they make my feet hot
