Was concerned when ordering after reading some of the other reviews. But the bit held up well drilling 8 three inch holes thru concrete block. So far so good,Fifth star will be awarded if it continues to hold up over time

Fit up to SDS MAX rotary hammer was perfect. SDS chipping tool fit adapter easily, securely, and was working well. After about 10 minutes of chipping a concrete footing, the tool blew apart where the SDS MAX shaft attached to the adapter chuck holding the SDS chilling tool. It appears that 2 bearings in the adapter sleeve seat in grooves in the SDS MAX shaft "gave up". One was not to be found & the 2nd was left in its seat ... until it rolled out, forever lost in the excavation.I will be seeking an exchange or refund.Your experience may very.UPDATE: Upon contacting the manufacturer about the failure of the device, a choice between refund of the original purchase price or an exchange for a replacement tool was offered. Choosing the exchange, a return authorization was issued and a replacememt was shipped, at no charge for shipping, return shipping of the broken tool, and a promise for a "no cost exchange", if I returned the broken tool by a time certain.Based on Customer Service and a commitment to my satisfaction, I would purchase from this vendor again.
