Crisp, concise but helpful info of a complex topic
The book explains the mudras in crisp, concise manner. As someone practicing yoga and meditation, this will be good addition to your routine. For others too, it can be helpful as mudras doesn't necessarily require separate dedicated time to practice.This book is a good way to start something beneficial.

Waste don't buy
Worst book of tiny size and useless book very good books are available for a reasonable price with quality printing and wealth of information,Not to buy.

Mudrs are really effective, the Yau Mudra found very useful.
In this book if photos were provided, instead of sketch for Mudras it would have been more clear. For example the sketch of Garuda Mudra is confusing. Even Rudra Mudra is confusing No mention of yvana Mudra.

A very nice book taking you back to the ancient times where you can experience the magic of Yoga in form of simple mudras yet powerful & relaxing. Thanks to the author for exploring these mudras and publishing a book which will be beneficial to the people reading & preaching the same across.

Somewhat good
Not describe the essentials of mudras appropriately. Missing the basics of mudras in the book which we found over the internet like whats the effect of touching the tip, why to touch at the base and many more like that.
