I did not ever want to buy or try another universal remote. They never work right and are a total pain. This was seriously the easiest setup i could have ever imagined. Garbage! Does not work at all…literally…with brand new batteries. I tried programming it dozens of times and it actually was able to turn my electric heater on and off which is crazy. Do not buy this remote if you have TCL. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I needed a replacement remote for my TV and this one works surprisingly well. Setting it up took like two minutes and it paired on the first try. There are a few extra buttons I'll probably never use but that's honestly not a big deal for under ten bucks. For a budget universal remote this is a solid pick.

This remote was sooo easy to set up it had 2 ways and one of them was just holding down 1 button and it connected perfectly to my TV I was amazed. Didn't have to use the codes or anything. Definitely worth the money.
