I never used any sports mouthguard for lifting so I wasn't so sure it'd make any difference.When I use it I do not worry anymore about grinding my teeth and I think I do it a bit harder, but I guess it's fine as it's against rubber? Anyway doing it a bit harder I sort of feel like I can lift the same weight a tiny bit easier. That doesn't mean I can magically lift 150% more weight, I lift the same with or without.They're a bit expensive, but I think it's a good idea to get one if you are grinding the teeth while lifting.

This mouthguard is easy to fit, it's good quality and is a good option for powerlifting, weightlifting or CrossFit.To fit just put in some hot water for no more than 30 seconds then fit it to your teeth. It's recommended to fit it to the bottom teeth but that made me gip so I wear it like a standard mouthguard and it works just as well.In use I found it good and even though it's a good fit it's a bit loose for my liking, I still prefer the standard style mouthguard but that's just personal preference.I've dropped a star for the price point, I think for a mouthguard it's a bit expensive but it is cheaper to buy bulk.Overall this is a great mouthguard.

Easy to use. They don't take long to mould to your teeth and they withstand even the heaviest gritting of teeth.

Mixed feelings. On one side you get 2 mouth guards with their own box to carry on. They are very easy to set into place and adapt to the mouth. The plastic looks like good quality and the shape makes it easier to adapt to different kind of mouths of different sizes.The thing that we like the least is that even after fitted in place the mouth guard is quite thick which doesnt make it the most comfortable. It does the job in protecting but for the price not sure is what we expected. If it was a bit thinner it would be perfect when fitted.

Well designed.Each mouth guard is accompanied by it's own case.Easy to use. Warm water will make it perfectly aligned with your teeth.However: for two silicone mouth guards its a bit pricey.Quality is good. Easy to use. All nicely complimented by separate cases but a bit expensive in my opinion.Value for money 8 out of 10

Helps at night with teeth grinding so I don’t wake up with a sore jaw.
