I've only recently switched to this multi collagen peptide powder but so far I like it. I've been using collagen, mostly bovine, in my coffee for 20 years. It's great for skin, hair, nails and I hardly have any wrinkles at 55. I wanted to switch it up and use marine and poultry as well as bovine. This has it all and also has probiotics, score! It dissolves instantly and completely in my coffee with no taste. I'm happy.

I got this to help support my journey on a GLP1. And have only completed one container. What i have noticed since adding it to my daily routine is: My hair seems to be thicker/Fuller more body i have also noticed less fall out, and stronger strands. My joints definitely have stopped hurting, that is more menopause related than glp1 for me. My skin seems to be becoming firmer and more healthy, As I use it. Taste- there is none, i get the unflavord. I prefer to put my 2 scoops (dose recommended is 1 scoop, 2 times a day) in a bottle of water add a coconut water flavor packet shake and drink. No clumping at all, texture is very light and powdery, I also dont notice any oder. For me there has been no negative side effects or issues.

This collagen is not bad but it took about three months for my knee not to hurt anymore and I didn’t see any difference in my skin or nails! Not a lot of clumping when dissolves no taste which I like BUT the results for my body were not what I excepted but it’s a good price but not for me
