Love item quality & look but does not fit regular american tissue box 😰??

Depending on the tissue it may not close all the way! It happened to me but l got another box of tissue and it fit fine!! Weird but hey, it's not worth sending back! I'll keep it!

What specific brand(s) boxes fit inside this cover without scrunching or removing the box?

I didn't find that any fit. It was too short for the standard upright tissue box. I returned mine because of this.

What is the color of the holder? Brown or black?

This tissue box holder comes in four colors; black, gray, marble and brown. You can choose which color you want to order.
