Its great for making soup or hotpot

I'm not a cooking person, and it's hard for me to make a perfect meal for dinner after work on weekdays; so I prefer using broth tablets for my meals to add a more savory taste. This one made things a whole lot easier than before. First of all, very convenient. It has a package for each tablet which makes the tablet not destroy each other inside the container. Some previous products were too fragile and I had to find the pieces inside the container. Second, doesn't have any fishy smell or unpleasant taste. I was really worried about this since I am not a big fan of the fishy smell; It has a clean taste instead. Also, this tablet doesn't contain any meats, except seafood, it is totally fine with pescatarian people. It makes a perfect replacement for chicken broth. Last but not least, it is great with some pasta recipes. I haven't used it on the stews, but it worked great on pasta and soup, as it was told in the description. I was doubting at first with that part of the description, but it turned the table within the moment when I tasted it for the first time. Would I buy this again? Yes, definitely.

UPDATE: I have an MSG and Yeast Extract allergy, and I got a reaction to these. The entire package is in Korean so there's no way to verify the ingredients, but it seems to contain MSG or Yeast Extract. So be careful if you are also sensitive to that. I was disappointed when the package arrived -- it's very slim and slight, not much for the money. It also smelled bad when I opened it, but I've made fish broth from sachets before, so I know it can smell pretty rank and turn out delicious. A single coin is good for about a cup of broth. It's fine for a quick cup of something warm and nourishing after work, but not really as a soup base. It would take the entire package to make a pot of soup. Still, the small amount I made tasted good. I'll be making this during the winter for a quick, warming cup of broth and using sachets from H-Mart if I want to make a real pot of soup. Four stars for ease of use and flavor. I would give it 5 stars if more came in the package so it would be worth actually making soup.

This is my first time trying anchovies seasoning tablets. I see a lot of people use them for easy broth bases. I tried them in my soft tofu stew and they added so much flavor. The stew turned out better than the ones I usually eat in the restaurants.

Great taste and so much easier than buying gallons of broth from the store. Will certainly buy again !

Makes soup so much more flavorful but it is fishy for those that doesn’t like strong smell

I thought it would be salty but very mild. I’m giving it a five star because I have nothing to compare it too and I’m new to Korean cooking so I feel legit using this.

Very deep taste. Exactly what I expected.

I’m not sure. I used one to add to my rice when cooking. I couldn’t really taste anything? Am I using them wrong? I’m new to Korean cooking. Don’t have anything bad to say except one tab didn’t seem to do much.
