It definitely gives me energy soon after I take it. It's noticeable. I take it first thing in the morning to get me going, and it does the trick every time.

Too soon to know if this actually helps raise testosterone but with energy it seems to have made a difference in a little over a week of taking. No stomach distress or anything of that nature. Seem to be a good quality product and capsules are consistent in fill.

Well, after taking this for quite a while here's what I found: I felt good after taking it, but I usually feel good. So no negative side effects there. I didn't become the Hulk or anything close to it after a course of this supplement. (Not that I was expecting it). Did my athletic performance improve because of this supplement? It's hard to tell, because I also take other supplements and eat correctly. With a structured workout regime, rest and a proper diet, performance increases naturally happen. I have gotten stronger and have more endurance, so it definitely didn't hurt. Maybe it helped, but I'll never quite know unless I were to only take this? Try it if you want to - it didn't harm me, but I don't think I'll use this again because I think it isn't needed by me. That's just my opinion, and others might truly benefit from this Fadogia Agrestis.
