It is appears to be a well made, heavy duty plastic toilet seat that is durable. The "OXO Tot 2-in-1 Go Portable Potty..." is perfectly sized for a toddler. It is a white, smooth, round toilet seat that has collapsible legs with rubber feet for stability when used as a free-standing potty. It fits nicely on top of a standard toilet seat, so little ones don't have to sit directly on a public toilet seat or Porta Potty seat or hold onto it either. If there isn't a public toilet available or if a little one can't wait until they get home, it can be used as a free-standing potty. The rubber feet on the collapsible legs provide stability, making the toddler feel secure while using it. A grocery bag with a diaper as an absorbent liner can be used for those emergency stops. Our daughter and son-in-law carry one with them when they take our 3 year old and 4 year old granddaughters on outings where they will will have to use a public toilet or Porta Potty, for example the park, the local playground, or street fairs. They also keep one in their car just in case they have an on-the-road potty emergency. They appreciate its portability and convenience, while the children find it comfortable to use. This was one of my must have items as a mom of young kids-it is compact and portable, very sturdy (even older kids can use it in a pinch), and so convenient. It saved us on road trips many times, and is so handy when a safe, clean bathroom is unavailable. The bags have an absorbent liner that helps keep messes contained until it can be disposed of. A regular small trash bag lined with paper towels also works just fine. This is one of my go to gifts for new parents. Highly recommend.

This portable potty is very easy to set up and use. I didn’t want a fully on potty for on the go because they take up space. My toddler used this mostly in the car. It’s stable/sturdy when being used and easy to clean then place back in its travel bag

This has saved my life so many times!!! While potty training there were so many times while at a park or while on a road trip etc where my toddler had to go potty and we didn’t have time to try to find a bathroom near by. We would just pullover and have him go in this and I works like a champ! Way better than a poopy accident in a car seat etc. seriously this is a must have for a potty training parent!! In fact even though he is potty trained we still use it often for when you need a potty and fast! It’s easy to use and way worth it! I love that it collapses and that it has its only little bag to store it in.

LOVE this potty! I strictly use this in my car (only used as independent potty, never used over a regular toilet seat) I'm a huge germaphobe and HATE public restrooms. I set this up in the trunk of my car or sometimes I set it up in my front seat and my child can potty in peace on the go. Easily folds and unfolds. Has the rubber grippers on each side to hold the bags in place. Just pull the bag off when done and throw it away. So easy! And best of all, no germy public restrooms. It fits nicely in the tote bag and has room for extra cover bags and I keep a pack of baby wipes in the tote bag as well.

Literally a life saver. I can’t even count how many times we have used this, especially when we are out and about and there are no bathrooms nearby. It has saved us from accidents while our son is still newly potty trained. It is so easy to use, lightweight, and stores flat. Cons: it only comes with a handful of bags. You will need replacement bags if you plan to use it often. Also, the storage bag is plastic. It may be a bit easier to clean (?) but I do worry about its durability.

We keep this in our car and it is a clean and convenient place to go to the restroom while traveling. Then you can just throw the bag away. It's compact. My daughter likes it, and it's perfect for her size.

Have 2 other different kind of potty. Thisnis great when kids wants to use the big toilet. Have to use a step stool with this. Great when traveling, in malls or camping. With compact and the plastic is thick. Looks expensive too. Not cheaply made

***REVIEW BASED ON TRAVEL POTTY USE*** (I don’t recommend it as a full time potty seat or using it as a toilet seat in public - using it with legs is what this review is based on) 1) This potty is great for travel. Collapses and fits in your diaper bag. Easy to set up. I’ve taken it to library, grocery shopping, restaurants, even long road trips a saviour - we just pull over and set it up in the trunk and then tie the bag up with zero mess to clean up. 2) SAVE MONEY AND USE COMPOST BAGS THEY WORK GREAT! I really was not about to pay prime price for pee and poop bags. I read another review where they used compost bags and they work perfect!!! 3) If you have a boy you will need to point penis down or else it will splash everywhere. The guard is not big enough. Thats my only complaint. If you have a girl no issues there but extra step required for boys. :( NEGATIVE BUT STILL WORTH IT DUE TO SIZE AND CONVENIENCE 1) This potty on the toilet seat is not sturdy and for a boy didn’t have enough guard protection. We ended up buying the lion heart toilet seat for full time at home. This product is great for travel use only but not full time at home. My opinion. 2) Not the greatest for boys.

We did child led potty training so no actual training involved he just went from nappy to pants, a few accidents and we were done. But we do have a toddler seat on the loo and he won't use a toilet without. I was also a bit nervous about being out and about and wanted a solution that would work as a potty if there was no loo nearby and a seat for a loo if that was an option. Obviously doing child led meant our little one was probably older than traditional potty trained children he was about 3 3/4 at time of purchase. Inital thoughts when it arrived was that it was very small and I was worried it wouldn't work for us. It is very easy to flip out the legs to seated potty position and is very sturdy, he had no trouble sitting on it. Though he is still yet to use it as a potty. So I can't say if the bags are good or not. Then you press the bottons again you can flip the legs out so the seat straddles an adult loo. This works extremely well and it doesn't slip or slide on the loo seat. Lift him up, pop him on and make sure he shuffles right back and we are all good wee goes down and not everywhere. Quick wipe down with some loo roll and fold it back up and pop it in its handy storage bag, that also protects your bag if there has perhaps been a bit of an accident and you can't completely sanitise until you get home. It is ridiculously easy to clean. I just give it a regular wipe down. It's a nice compact size and fits nicely into my backpack, I slide it into the laptop compartment so again it has a bit of separation from the rest of my bags contents. I did almost buy the little suitcase contained style portable potty but I am glad I went with this as its one less thing to remember or to lose and if we need to dash out in a hurry I always have it as it lives in my bag and I think it will be useful for a good while yet as a toddler loo seat.

This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my little one. We have brought it everywhere we go, amusement parks, farms, trips. It makes potty training and bathroom experiences a lot less stressful.
