Love this hot tub!!!!! . Easy to use. Good price!! Definitely would recommend this product

It works
The communication over delivery was incorrect. They said it would be delivered Monday and my husband took that day off to be home as they requested but it was delivered the prior Friday and we weren't at home. They left it in the driveway which was OK. We had to get some men and a trailer together to move it to the patio. My husband got the wiring done, hooked up and it works. He ran a 240 electrical line and added a breaker, conduit, boxes. The jets are not very strong (you can adjust jet pressures by twisting each nozzle but at their highest, their still not strong) and it's difficult to figure out how to use the minimal panel to get everything working. Would I buy it again? No. But it works, the water is hot, the jets run. Good for relaxing.

Hot Tub is Nice, but has issues
Received the hot tum within 10 days. After following instructions and setting up and fill with water everything “seemed” to be okay. Then day one starting receiving Error code “HH”. Even though we followed the directions for this code, it won’t go away. Also, we set the temp to 90 and once it reaches 90, it still continues to climb to 102 to 104.
