No perceivable effect
I started taking this because somewhere in his 4 Hour Body, Tim Ferris states that he could facilitate lucid dreaming with Huperzine-A. I'm taking two pills a day, and I really don't notice any difference whatsoever in regard to my memory capabilities, my sleep patterns or my ability to fall into a lucid dream.

It's hard to verify claims of any product of this category. I can say that it is a good quality product and I trust the manufacturer. As far as my anecdotal experience using this product, I've noticed that it seems that I might have a better capacity for paying attention to details while using it. Of course I can't do a double blind study on myself, but I think I'll buy more in the future.

well all i can say is this drug is good for the prize, but you must be patient for 6 weeks, stay away from alcohol while using this supplement, if possible for better result use huperzine with choline bitartrate for better result.

Takes a little bit of time for you to feel the effects but you feel somewhat sharper

Great for headaches and nausea
No memory enhancement whatsoever. In fact it gave me brain fog, headaches, and nausea. Big waste of $14.00, not worth returning .
