My kitten loves this scratcher! It was easy to assemble, very sturdy, and the L-shape design is perfect for scratching and stretching. The material is durable and keeps my cat entertained every day. It also helps protect my furniture from scratching. Great quality for the price and I would definitely recommend it to other cat owners.

I was a little nervous because my cat is finicky with toys and everything else. She LOVES this cat scratcher and gets a good stretch in at the same time. Will be buying more !! Also, easy to assemble and durable

I took advantage of the 2 for 1 offer. When I received the package this morning, I decided to put one together right away. I had a laugh when the instructions said not to follow them because I was receiving an updated version of this scratcher. However, they also said just to look at the picture of the finished product, which is what I did. It is easy to put together once you figure it out, but be sure to look at the picture. And actually, some of the instructions were helpful. It’s basically three pieces of the cardboard held together by the frame. Tip: once you align the wood onto the cardboard, push the screw in a little, and then use the tool provided to tighten. Alignment is important for a balanced scratcher. I have four cats and I am waiting to see who will be the first to check it out and use it. UPDATE: Two months later and I can say without reservation that the cats LOVE it. They all scratch on it. As soon as it gets a little more raggedy, I will turn over the pieces. No reason not to. Should work fine. Some people don’t like the fact that some of the cardboard goes on the floor but that doesn’t bother me. I vacuum often enough for it not to be a problem.

The scratch pad itself is nice and was easy to put together. It situates nicely by my couch. Size and look are good. However, my cats have zero interest in it unfortunately. Still trying to coax them to use it.

My cat loved it instantly which surprised me! She hasn't been liking any scratching posts and I have been so frustrated, but I think she enjoys the shape/the way she can sit on it. Very durable so far, not much smell which I was concerned about because she is picky about the smell of new things. The assembly was super quick and easy and I like that the screws are not hard to use. The ball is a great idea although she has yet to have interest in that I have a friend who bought this for her 2 cats and they both like it! Has rubber pads for the bottom so it doesn't slide and more pads on the back to protect the wall. She climbs on it when she gets the zoomies and it does not tip easily at all- very safe! The size is perfect as well since she loves to scratch on the couch so it is a similar height. I was skeptical to spend this much on a cardboard scratcher but it is honestly much more than just that! Overall, love it!

Cats love it! Nice and durable, thick and sturdy. Good Quality. Doesn't flake apart as soon as they start scratching which is a must with 3 cats! Recommend!

Our cat used to scratch furniture and basically everything until we got him this. We taught him how to use it and now he loves to stretch and stretch his nails and so furniture remains intact. easy setup and last a long time. The ball also provides a great toy for self stimulation. My cat always know to come to this scratcher to scratch and doesn't try to ruin other things.

I bought this for my neighbor’s cat, who loves hanging out at my house and had started using one of my tires as a scratching post. She took to this scratcher right away and uses it every time she visits. The bottom section gets the most use and has become her favorite spot for scratching and stretching. The scratcher does move around a bit during enthusiastic scratching, but not enough to be a major issue. One thing that wasn’t immediately obvious to me was that the ball toy needs to be inserted into the track during setup. Once I figured that out, it was easy enough, although the cat is much more interested in the scratching surface than the ball. Overall, it’s a sturdy scratcher that successfully redirected her attention away from my tire, so I’m very happy with the purchase.

The cat loves it but the scratched cardboard makes a real mess as the 'flakes' get everywhere. I also hope it's non-toxic because the cat also chews on the cardboard flakes.

The mostly important thing is that Charlie uses the board every day. It is supported against the wall so is suitable for a large 5 year old Tom cat and is saving other areas of the house from further plucks/scratches !

Easy to assemble and sturdy enough for a small or medium large cat to claw. Good price too.
