Beautiful and good quality
The jar is beautiful look wise and well built. The lid fits very well and air tights the content. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend buying.

The Kilner quality we know and love.
At this point this is around my 250th Kilner jar. I have every shape, size and volume. I have some that are over 15 years old. I’ve never had one break or crack or smash from thermal shock. They are brilliant jars and worth every penny.

Great for pickles or sourdough starter
The media could not be loaded. I use these gars for home made pickles and sauce. Keeps food fresh looks good seal very well leak proof andEasy to use great preserve jar or to make a sourdough starter. Very functional. And they look very good.

Perfect for layered salads!
I found the first one so successful for salads that I bought a second and now try to always have one ready in the 'fridge do I can produce a meal with minimum effort! I needed to try for myself to be convinced, but I was completely converted to these... without exaggeration, if you start with some dressing and fill the jar to the top, finishing with a quantity of lettuce 'scrunched in' just before screwing on the lid the salad (including lettuce!) stays fresh, crisp and delicious for five days!
