Totally fine
Fits pretty snug on my 24-105 f/4 L. Inside isn’t flocked but it is textured. Fits backwards for storage. Feels sturdy as well. I’ve bumped it a few times on the lens and dropped the hood on its own and it’s held up so far.

you have to screw on the filter threads.
I will not use because it attaches to the filter threads. that will make it harder use for me.
