My 1st order only contained 4 clasps and 2 of the 4 did not open. I went to start the return and the seller offered a replacement. This order contained all 5 clasps and all opened. I used this as an extension for a bracelet that is a little snug, and to replace a missing link on another bracelet. Looks great on both.
