What age is this 360-degree baby toothbrush designed for?

It is specifically designed for babies 4 to 24 months old during the emergence of first teeth. Adult supervision is required to ensure the brush is used for cleaning and not as a teething toy

Why do I sometimes see discoloration or residue at the base of the bristles?

With 24,000+ ultra-soft bristles—10x denser than standard brushes—this design attracts plaque and food particles. Visible residue shows effective cleaning. Rinse thoroughly under warm water and flick bristles to remove trapped debris.

Is it safe to use UV sterilization on these bristles?

Yes. While a thorough rinse with warm water is sufficient, many parents use UV sterilizers. Always inspect the brush afterward; if the bristle rings appear worn or bent, it is time for a replacement.

What is the best way to store the toothbrush to keep it fresh?

To prevent moisture buildup, always store the toothbrush upright in an open-air holder. This allows for 360-degree airflow, ensuring the dense bristle layers dry completely between uses.
