No Customed Panel arrived till now

I bought it a month ago, the performance is good except for one crashed that I encountered which I believe is from the gpu. The cable management is clean enough. The the only thing that I’m not satisfied is the customed panel that i still haven’t received till now, i already sent a follow up email but i didn’t get any reply..
