I love pretty much everything about this cabinet, it took me a while to put together, but I managed eventually. The only critism I've got is I would have preferred the acrylic viewing window to be clear, instead of slightly foggy, I did check to see if it has a protective sheet on the outside, but it doesn't appear so, so it remains foggy. Considering changing that out, I etch glass and I need good visuals. Other than that I'm very happy with it. Delivery took a while!

A very good quality cabinet & exceptional value for money. I'm experimenting with different course of grit, but so far they all appear to work very well. The kit arrived flat packed so expect a little time required for assembly. I operate my garage own business & can honestly say this is perfect for my needs. I can highly recommend.

The Arebos Sand Blasting Cabinet 90L does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s sturdy enough for light to medium blasting jobs, and once set up, it works reliably. I’ve used it for cleaning up small parts, removing rust, and prepping metal surfaces, and the results have been good. That said, I do wish I had gone for a bigger size. The 90L capacity is fine for smaller items, but if you’re working on larger parts, it can feel a bit cramped. For hobby use or the occasional job, though, it definitely does the trick. Overall, it’s a solid entry-level blasting cabinet. If you only plan on cleaning smaller components, it’s a great buy. But if you expect to tackle larger projects regularly, I’d recommend sizing up.

Reasonable price, but needs too many mods to work. Media pickup needs a complete redesign. Hose it too stiff, metal pipe is to long and constantly lifts out of the media. Without additional sealing the lid leaks filling your shed with dust...could be solved with an extractor, I will use it outside. The wrong adaptor was supplied so can't use the internal light. Cheap and cheerful, does the small jobs I need it to. Just be prepared to spend a bit of timing getting it right.

Promt delivery with no issues. Used sealant when building which saved me having dust all over my garage. Now I love it and have blasted many items.

The adaptor for the light is useless and doesn’t fit transformer supplied. There is no anchor point for pick up pipe so pipe doesn’t stay in the medium,I have had to get a bit of 100mm x 60mm 6mm flat plate, drill 2holes in it, cable tie pick up pipe to it and place this in bottom to hold pipe down.. construction was a bit awkward also and took nearly 3 hours? Ideally requires 2 people to assemble. Despite buying high quality shot blast medium performance is disappointing. If I want to use the light I will have to buy a uk transformer at extra cost. Overall, was not the cheapest and knowing what I know now some cheaper versions actually look better! If I could be bothered to dismantle and repack I would be sending it back.

Wirklich gut für den Preis Und ja der Sand läuft unten nicht so gut zusammen Aber dafür ist die Kabine leicht und man kann mit etwas rütteln während man die Hände in der Kabine hat den Sand nach unten bringen. Und ja es staubt ordentlich durch die Ritzen daher gut abdichten aber hier frage ich mich warum nicht an allen Teilen Moosgummi Dichtungen verwendet wurden das wäre wesentlich einfacher. Ich habe den Ansaugschlauch für den Sand in der Kabine fixiert so dass immer am tiefsten Punkt angesaugt wird. Da die Schläuche sehr steif sind hat man ohne diese Fixierung keinen Spaß. Außen Flügelmuttern um innen die Fixierung leicht lösen zu können wenn man den Sand wechselt. Imballo compatto e leggero che fa presumere di aver fatto una stupidaggine, ma contiene tutto il necessario, ben disposto ed imbustato. Le varie lamiere sono protette da spessori di polistirolo e strati di materiale da contenimento, danneggiare qualche componente è letteralmente impossibile anche per il peggior corriere. Il piccolo libretto di istruzioni (in Inglese e Francese), è in bianco e nero, e nonostante le numerose foto, si fatica veramente a seguire, ma visto l'articolo, si presume che un minimo di "predisposizione alla meccanica" ci sia. Mezza giornata di parolacce al produttore, ed in men che non si dica, la cabina è in piedi, io ho preferito utilizzare abbondante silicone tra le lamiere, che comunque ho dovuto adattare asolando leggermente tutta la foratura, il risultato è eccellente, considerando però un compressore con due accumulatori da 50l che arriva a 10Bar, una sabbia in fibra di vetro da 0.8, ed un aspiratore posizionato sul bocchettone di sfiato posteriore (quello parzialmente coperto da lamierino). E' proprio quest'ultimo la chiave per poter utilizzare al meglio questo piccolo ed utile accessorio, di fatti senza un impianto di aspirazione, la polvere riempie totalmente la cabina già dopo meno di 4 secondi, rendendo invisibile la zona di lavoro. Io ho semplicemente inserito un tubo da 30mm nel foro (tenendolo staccato un paio di millimetri dal lamierino interno), e qui ci ho inserito il tubo dell'aspirapolvere (un bidoncino per la cenere della mia vecchia stufa a pellet), questo accorgimento lo consiglio vivamente anche per chi non è riuscito a sigillare bene la cabina, per evitare di dover usare maschere o ancora peggio di aspirare velenose polveri. Cosa va Benissimo : 4 pellicole di ricambio per l'interno dell'oblò (più una già applicata), 3 ugelli in ceramica di ricambio, il rotolo di teflon per sigillare i raccordi Cosa Va bene : Economica, Compatta, Completa e anche esteticamente gradevole Cosa può essere migliorato da noi : Per sigillare tutto a dovere il tubetto di mastice in dotazione è poco, il raccordo verso l'entrata principale è da sostituire con uno a innesto rapido, va previsto un sistema di aspirazione per le polveri. Cosa può essere migliorato dal produttore : La pendenza del fondo sarebbe da accentuare per permettere un maggiore pescaggio, sarebbero utilissimi dei piedi alti 50/60 cm con ruote che permetterebbero di spostarla, invece di tenerla fissa su un banco di lavoro. Manuale in formato A4 con foto a colori e lingua Italiana. Conclusioni : Mi sento vivamente di consigliare questo articolo, per un rapporto qualità/prezzo senza paragoni, con la sola esclusione per chi non abbia un minimo di dimestichezza con il montaggio meccanico in generale, altrimenti si rischia di fare grossi errori, che la renderebbero inutilizzabile.
