Great flavor and extract

Great flavor! First time making UBE cupcakes from scratch. Used this product for the Halaya and flavor of the batter and whipped cream. Alcohol flavor is strong so maybe next time I’ll add a little less to the whipped cream. It was fine in the Halaya and batter. I definitely recommend it, love the fact that it has no dyes. I’ll definitely be using this product in the future. 💜

Does not taste like ube. Its basically a sickly sweet almond extract

This smells just like Ube and tastes great. My only complaint is the lack of color which has pros and cons. I mainly use it to make pretty lattes and purple cold foam but I find myself having to add a tiny bit of purple food coloring along with it to make it look like it is ube flavoring. But overall, I would totally recommend

The taste is not overpowering and it doesn’t have that bitter aftertaste. I had used a different brand for Ube flavoring before and although the color gave it the purple color, the taste was not for me. HALO PANTRY’s Ube flavoring is worth it for me and I use freeze dried powdered purple sweet potato for color. The quality of the ingredients is more important to me as I am only using these for personal baking.

Fake Ube is amazing tasting, but it’s not good for human health, this is way better for you….but more like buying an oz of maple syrup for around $20. 🫤
