Excellent Choice for Health
As someone who enjoys cooking and appreciates quality ingredients, discovering a bottle of cold pressed Italian olive oil was a small revelation. Iโve tried several oils over the years, but thereโs something distinctly elegant about the Italian varietiesโespecially when cold pressed. The first thing that struck me was the aroma. Unlike mass-produced oils, this one had a fresh, almost grassy scent with subtle fruity undertones. It instantly transported me to the idea of sun-drenched Italian hillsides lined with olive trees. The flavor followed through with the same authenticityโsmooth, robust, and peppery on the finish. Thereโs a balance to it: not overly bitter, not too sweet, but rich and full-bodied. I used it first as a dipping oil for some rustic bread, and the difference was night and day. The oil elevated even a simple snack into something special. I also drizzled it over fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basilโclassic Capreseโand it tied the dish together with a silky, flavorful finish. Itโs especially good on grilled vegetables and fish, where it adds depth without overpowering the natural taste of the food. What I appreciate most is its versatility. Whether for salad dressings, sautรฉing, or finishing a dish, the oil holds up beautifully. And because itโs cold pressed, thereโs a peace of mind in knowing itโs unrefined and retains more of its natural antioxidants and nutrients. If I had to find a downside, it would be the priceโquality comes at a premium. But in this case, itโs worth every drop. A little goes a long way, and it truly transforms a meal. In short, cold pressed Italian olive oil isnโt just an ingredientโitโs an experience. If you enjoy cooking or even just eating well, itโs something that belongs in your kitchen.

Delicious but not that high polyphenol
I bought this for it's medicinal properties as it stated it was high in polyphenols. I couldn't see any information regarding this on the packaging or in the description, just stating "high". I had been led to expect that taking a mouthful of it should leave a distinct peppery taste which should catch your throat. Although there was a mild peppery feeling it seemed much too smooth. I googled it and found that there was only around 250 mg/kg. The taste was lovely and if you're just looking for a salad dressing, I'd highly recommend. However as most of the advertised high polyphenols show a ratio of around 1000 to 1500 mg/kg I don't think they should advertise it as high polyphenol.

Think welfare
I saw an article about virgin olive oil,and how it can help with your General body and mind could be better for you.I have taken a table spoon every morning for over a month now,and I have noticed big changes to my body, and mind.I feel good in myself. It does however need to be the type of olive oil as above so it is more expensive than normal olive oil,but the benefits you get from using this is well worth it.

Sophisticated flavor to elevate the table, the Tuscany energy we all need
A beautiful, smooth and robust oil. This is a wonderful host gift to elevate any table or kitchen. I use this as a finishing oil, you can taste the nuance in flavor and actually in texture too, the color and aroma is signature of any high quality oil. I love that you can't find this at every major supermarket, there is something secret and IYKYK about this oil. My friends and family are obsessed.

Taste two stars
I didnโt care for the taste at all. It had something else other than olive oil in the can. A chemical from petroleum is my guess
