My husband and I bought this for my aunt. I had lots of questions because I was concerned about the weight limit posted at max 330 pounds. I was able to get InTouch with the company and was answered quickly on the phone call. He informed me that it was heavy duty like it says and that 330 pounds was the Max. He also said he would refund me 100 dollars because I was unable to order on the company's website. When I ordered it, it was refunded immediately. I was so surprised. My aunt received the scooter a week early and she got it yesterday. Her son put it together and it was not difficult at all. My aunt informed me that it was indeed heavy duty, and it went fast like the advertisement said it had 3 speeds. So far everything is great. My aunt did have some questions, so I gave her the companies phone number. She reached out and was answered quickly and she was very surprised about that too. He informed if she had any more questions just call back and he would help as much as he could. The only thing my aunt wished it would have had a swivel seat. Otherwise, she loves it. I would say very surprised of the great customer service. NOT A ROBOT.

What a refreshing company to work with. The scooter actually came two days earlier than they said it would. There was a slight issue and it was corrected the same day. Customer service representatives got back to me the day I contacted them and then the issue was solved. The scooter is great. I used it today for the second time and only ran into one person. It’s really good for me. I highly recommend this scooter.

I got 2 of these. One for my 79 year old mother and myself. She uses hers more often but I enjoy going around the fair with mine twice a year. I can fit 2 in a little ford focus with the back seats down.

I have been using this scooter for almost 2 months and have been very happy with its performance.The machine arrived earlier than the expected date and was very easy to assemble. Basically just attach the seat and headlamp. Took less than 45 minutes including reading the instructions.I want to use the scooter in different locations so it was important to me that it was easy to transport. Simply remove the seat. pull one leaver and it folds together and fits easily in the trunk of my Toyota Corolla with room to spare for a couple of suitcases. I am 78 and my wife and I have no trouble lifting it. It only weighs about 60 lbs.I had one small issue, (squeaky brake), called the support number and was astounded to have a human voice answer the first time. The person I talked to was able to solve my issue over the phone.To design a vehicle that is a full featured mobility device yet fit into the trunk of the car requires some compromise. I would prefer that the rear wheel base was wider to provide more stability, however, that means it then wouldn't fit in my car.All in all I would strongly recommend it!

I have now been using this scooter for about a year. It is very speedy even on low speeds. I find the rear wheels have quite a narrow distance between them.I find it cannot turn very sharp which makes it difficult to navigate in a department store. I have found I can counter this more easily by putting my feet on the ground to back up to realign my direction than to put it in reverse. I am quite happy with it. I was not happy with the seat as it was very small and not like the seat I thought I was getting. I contacted the company and they quickly responded and sent me the seat I required. I am very happy with the scooter with the larger seat.
