We love this product - I can’t stand the melatonin gummies out there and so these chewables are nice option. I love the brand and my children have no problem taking them. They take them about 30 mins before bed sometimes more than that and we dim the lights and reduce stimulation and it helps them sleep when they are so restless. They like the taste so that’s a plus.

I like that this melontonine is only 1mg, so it’s easy to control the dose. It works well and helps my kid wind down at night without any issues. Amazon’s price is solid, and it’s a good value compared to buying it in stores. The chewable format is convenient, no need to worry about swallowing pills. The only problem is my kid absolutly hates the taste. I tried one myself, and it’s not the worst, but I can see why they don’t love it. If they made a better flavor, it’d be perfect. Still, for the price and effectiveness, it’s worth keeping on hand and worth a rebuy.

This is a life saver for my 3 year old who is never tired and doesn’t like bedtime. I will give her one at 8 pm and by 8:45pm she would say Amit’s bed time. Sleeps till 8 am.
