Works very well
The media could not be loaded. As soon as it arrived, I put it to the test. First, I filled the water tank with a little bit of cleaner (your choice). Then, I attached the mop to my Dyson and gave it a go! I really liked the convenience of it, it mops and suctions small bits (you should definitely vacuum before using this mop though) I can honestly say this is good to maintain your floor clean but not to DEEP clean. If they sold some kind of round scrubbing pad as an option, I’d totally buy it for scrubbing the floors and then mopping. I will probably make my own scrubbing pad and then mop with this but all in all it’s an 8/10 for me.

Wonderful Attachment, works well smooth and nice accept automatic water spray.
It is extremely wonderful product the only drawback is ,it does not spray water automatically.Otherwise the working is very good.

Not effective, barely wets the floor
This fits the Dyson well, but the mop is useless and does not clean the floor. It cannot even clean spills

Stopped working
This product was great at the beginning, but all of a sudden stopped working for me.

Soak the pads first!
I thought the product was overall good! You definitely need to just soak the pads in water and cleaning solution first because it is just a slow droplet at a time that releases from the water tank. The water tank is small, but it drips so slow, it doesn't really run out quickly. The pads do a great job scrubbing though!

Poor quality. Water tank broken after 1st usage
After first usage, water tank is broken from impacts on furniture. After gluing by superglue it's continue works.

Drains vacuum battery.
The product is great. However, I have a Dyson V-11 and I can't clean very much when using the mop attachment because the battery dies before i can finish. When vacuuming, you can use sweeping strokes with the vacuum. However when mopping you go back & forth like when you are buffing the floor so it takes longer/thus more battery time.

Wish the order came with more information.
The product is well constructed and all items shown in the add are present. As you can see in the pictures, everything on the box is in Chinese except the name of the equipment. There are no instructions inside. I will have to YouTube it to make sure I am doing it right. The markings on the little measuring cup don’t give me a clue as to how much cleaner vs water to put in the head.
