HanesWomen's Wireless Racerback Moisture-Wicking Stretch Sports Bra with Compression Support, 1 or 2 Pack

When I first got this bra I thought I had made a mistake because it was quite tight around the waistband and left deep red impressions on my skin, but I decided I would give it a week or two before I made any final decisions. I suppose this bra requires a "breaking in" period, but after a few wears, the waistband did not make my skin sore and was very comfortable and secure. However, like many things with elastic waistbands, I can see the band stretching out after a few years.As for working out, I have found that it has a medium amount of support and keeps my chest secure and comfortable. This is actually my go-to bra for working out now.Like most sports bras without cups, this squish my chest and does not look the most flattering, but if you are looking for a bra that does bind your chest a bit, this is an adequate option.I have had this bra for about a month and will update this review with any changes (4/18/2023)

I purchased a white and black version of this sports bra initially in size Large based on sizing chart - VERY tight and almost felt like a vise grip! I would have exchanged them, but had already washed them and wore them (thought they might stretch a bit - no dice!). So I broke down and repurchased in XL - MUCH better! Will keep smaller size in case I get a lot "skinnier". ;-)

I have around 36 DD bra size, and measured 41 inches loosely around the underbust/ribcage and I bought an xL. I usually wear larges to xLs and most people said to size up and one person said to use ur ribcage in inches to order it if it's for binding so all that equaled an xL for me. It's really comfortable, nice fabric, feels very secure, and does give me the appearance of a smoother and slighter chest, which is great if you are enby. It functions the way I want all sports bras to function and I can wear it all day. It's not a binder. Don't expect a binder. People are saying it's tight? I don't think it's tight at all. It fits and it's comfortable. It might look tight in my pictures but it's really just sturdy, I saw people relate it to swimwear, I think that's a fair comparison. It has a nice low neckline so you can wear it with a lot of shirts (though if you're transmasc, fair warning, you will still have noticable cleavage in form fitting shirts) and honestly it looks really good by itself. My biggest complaint is that the material is stretchy (not like bad quality but like they made it to fit multiple shapes) so if you have a heavy chest, there will still be some sagging and I do feel like I keep having to pull the straps back up. I've thought about getting a smaller size but I think that will just make the waist band smaller and the waistband is fine, the material just has a touch too much give for my taste. For the price, it's great, and if you want a relaxed minimizer, something that is comfy and multifunctional that you would use when you don't think you can handle binding or want to feel good working out, I recommend it, but personally I could've enjoyed more restraint from it.

This product was great price!!! I bought it on sale for my daughter, these bras make their way through the work out rotation. Not her favorites. There is no padding. they are just plain compression bras. They offer the compression. Works great for small chested people. A larger chested person may not like them as much. They fit like they are suppose to fit, Compression!!! If there was a way hide show through they would probably be one of her favorites, but she does feel comfortable wearing them for practices or anything other than working out in because she is worried about showing through.

This is a piece that I like very much. It looks nice and fits just right, too. The first one that I bought was a bit too large and still, it wasn't a problem. The medium is perfect for me. One of the very best parts is that it isn't pre-stuffed. That can make a distinct set of issues; not the least of which, is how the size changes when the stuffing is ripped out! This is very comfortable and doesn't have any of that nasty stuffing! Too many manufacturers seem to think that being small is something that needs to be corrected, instead of properly cared for. Well, I am what I am and I appreciate a manufacturer that doesn't try to make me into something that I am not!

Exactly what I was looking for! I'm a b cup so this may not be revalant to those with a bigger chest but it held everything in and was super comfy!!

I'm a trans guy, and while i have a binder, I tend to forget to wear it/cant wear it because I have long days and can't wear a binder for the whole thing. I default to sports bras, but as someone with a larger chest, this can cause dysphoria :/ anyways! I tried this out, hoping for a bit of comression to alleviate dysphoria and let me tell you. For something that cost me $8? this is comparable to a binder. One con is that its a touch tight, so I'll probably still be cautious of my ribs and back while wearing it, and i probably wont wear it to work out, but the way it makes my chest look is absolutely amazing. I will definetly be ordering more! I'll order a size up and hopefully remember to update this review (a note on sizing: I wear a medium tshirt, so I ordered a medium. Like I said, its a little small, especially the band, so I'd say keep an eye on that!)

I'm nonbinary and prefer to look flat chested some days but was looking for an alternative to binders. This definitely got the job done but beware it most likely won't reduce your chest COMPLETELY. However, it does notably reduce the chest a couple cup sizes which was all I was looking for personally. Probably won't be wearing this the entire day since it's pretty tight and puts some pressure on the rib cage but not so much that its uncomfortable. For the price I am very happy with it.

As someone who is non-binary, I can assure you that this is one of the most binding bras I have tried. You don't need to worry about purchasing a smaller size for a more compressing fit; just get your regular size. (I am around a 34B, and I ordered a medium).I own several binders, but wearing this bra is an excellent way to have a healthy break from them once in a while. It is also great for hot weather because I find my binder tends to make me sweat more. (leading me to wash it more often, along with my clothes.) If you're a parent of a child who is wanting to try binding, or would like a different option than a binder, one of these seems to work really well. It gives a similar compression feeling, and is a safe option for someone just starting out.If you're not particularly looking to bind, this bra is also amazing for athletics and cardio, as I am also a runner. Perfect for less movement in the chest to hold everything together.Hope this helps!

I wouldn’t compare this to the effectiveness of a binder. BUT it is a compressive sports bra for sure. It’s comfortable. Breathable. Would recommend. It doesn’t have cups so you might look a bit nipply LOL
