Bought this for my husband (twice now), and he’s seriously into it. He wanted something quick and easy to cover his grays without the whole dye kit drama, and this shampoo does the trick perfectly. It’s super simple to use: rub it in like regular shampoo, wait about 15–20 minutes, rinse, and boom, black hair. It covers grays well and looks natural, not patchy or fake. The scent is light and fades fast, and his hair feels soft afterward, not dry or stiff. The color lasts a couple of weeks before fading to a dark brown, so we just reapply when needed. Overall, he loves it, and I love that he’s happy with how it looks. Keeping this one stocked.

I was VERY skeptical, but after reading reviews you can't go wrong with the majority. I wasn't expecting results TBH, i first tried it, left it in but forgot to use a timer, i think it was only not even 10min then I washed it off, and i still had greys. I was upset, but then i washed my face & dried it well and applied it again. It comes out clear and a dye all in one pump. WASH THROUGHLY! I left it in this time and i used a 20 min timer. By the 12-13th min it started to burn/tingle a lil bit. I left it in a little longer, washed off and that's what you see. GREAT product. Not sure how long it last, but we will see. Edit: i decided to go a different route and go dark brown. The black looks good, however it was TOO black! I kind of threw off the balance of my look. Going for Dark brown and i will do another separate review

I had tried similar products in the past and had returned it after the first use. I was skeptical with this one and after using it for 3 weeks and 3 uses, I can share that it does what it’s supposed to do. What I like about it: Big size! Reusable Gives that dark/black tone to my hair Easy to use Does not stain skin if you wipe it off right away What I don’t like about this and similar products is the color-fades after a couple of days - at least for me. You can see the dark brown shade to it after 3-4 days, and after a week it turns to light brown on the hair on my sides, then on the top, where it is normally darker, it turns to a mid-brown color. At about 7-8 days my hair looks darkish brown which I am not comfortable with since I have had black hair all my life - until it started turning grey. ^_^ Also after the first use I rinsed it off as instructed but it my scalp really itchy, specially on the back. On the second use I switched my shower head to jet and really rinsed off the product well, my scalp was not so itchy as the first time, but still a bit itchy. This use I followed the same procedure and again a bit itchy on the back, not on top. I would also suggest using a dark colored towel since this does stain towels, I have a dark turquoise towel and you can see the grey/black cloud where I dried my hair. I tried it on my beard which is 80% grey/white and although this does work on my beard, the color fades off after 3-4 days, leaving a light brown tint. Overall I would recommend it, it works better than a lot of other products.

I’ve been buying this Semi-Permanent Black Hair Dye Shampoo every year because it truly works. It is one of the easiest ways to get my hair fully black without the mess of traditional kits. The Pros: Full Coverage: It never leaves patches; my hair comes out a deep, consistent black every single time. Convenience: Using it like a regular shampoo makes the process much faster and less intimidating. Longevity: For a semi-permanent product, the color holds up very well over time. The One Downside: The only annoying part is that it tints skin very easily. If it touches your forehead or scalp, it can be quite stubborn to wash off. I usually have to use a bit of alcohol and scrub fairly hard to remove the staining from my skin, so I definitely recommend using a barrier cream (like Vaseline) around your hairline before starting! High-quality color that lasts, just be careful with the application to save yourself the scrubbing later.

This product I really like so far. I was a big just for men guy. But just for men wouldn’t just target hair. It would dye everything, clothes, sink, bathtub, countertop, floor, skin, and etc. Instead of calling it just for men it should be called just for everything. with this product, it went straight from my hair and that’s it no cleaning in the sink or the countertops. Because at the end, it did what it was supposed to do. It just dye your hair.

I've been using this for almost three years. It started out great. You had to take extra care to keep the "nozzle" clean and it would drop awhile after use, but aside from that the product was great. I just kept it in the sink for a few hours. It had the consistency of snot when mixed and really clig to the hair. I purchased a bottle in August 2025 and it was watery thin and runs everywhere. You could not apply this stuff at all. Shook it and tried everything. Purchased a different bottle in December 2025 and it is the same! The lot numbers are only on the outer box that you throw away so I can't tell if it's the same batch. This is definitely the last bottle I'll buy.

I am a real customer, and this is a real review. This product is absolutely horrible. It is not a foam or a gel. It basically just black liquid/water. Try dying your hair with water, it creates a big mess everywhere. If you do not believe me, you can buy this product and see for yourself

Caused a severe allergy and skin rash around my ears and back of the neck. Had to use strong lotions and allergy medication. Maybe its not the same for everyone, but becarful and test it on your skin before applying a large quantity
