I have been taking these for a couple years now I believe. I believe they are a good source for magnesium. I have taken really high doses of magnesium therapy for about 1 1/2 years and have experienced amazing results. I read the book The Magnesium Miracle by Dr. Dean years ago and followed her suggestions. The results have been amazing. My cholesterol and triglycerides for the first time in decades were perfect and they did not find any calcium in my heart or arteries after taking a stress test and they looked at my heart.Highly recommended.

This latest bottle it looks like they tweaked the pills! As you can see, they are smaller, rounder, and slimmer, MUCH easier to swallow than the choking hazard the old ones were! Not only that but the coating is different, more slick, helps the pill slide down easier too.Now according to THEM, these are the same dose as the old, chunky pills, I weighed them both and the new pills are quite a bit lighter. Now that doesn't necessarily mean the dose is less, the formala could be a more efficient one, or better quality materials that are easier to absorb could be used, etc.For now, I've been taking these new ones for a while and I've noticed no differences in myself, so I'm going to say it's the SAME dose. I REALLY appreciate this change tho, assuming the dose is the same.It's REALLY a big difference, where before I DREADED having to take these, now it's a minor issue. So if you've tried these before and dropped them because you hated how hard they were to swallow, consider trying again!
