Works with my battery operated BP machine. I don't need the silver piece that comes with it. I just place blue tip onto tube and hook it up to machine and that's it. And i took my 6 yr Olds BP & her top and bottom numbers are correct. Cause I write it down when I takes her to the dr

Works, but connector line is super short.
It fits our unit well, but the rubber tubing is way shorter than the original. Makes it difficult to position the unit while taking BP.
