Does this come with installation instructions?

Did not come with instructions, but was not too hard to figure out. I took out what remained of the old parts carefully and laid them out with their original orientation. (pretty dirty, so put the old parts on newspaper or rags)

How long will they last?, there are different qualities of stainless

I buy the best quality of stainless, and usually try to get the OEM products. My grill gets heavy use, and the flare shields last 4-5 years, and the burners approximately 5-7 years.

Does this come with instalation instructions?

No, but install is simple. There is a screw at each end of each of the three burners (6 screws total). It's one if the great things about Weber. Less parts.
