False Advertising
These cylinders are NOT MADE IN THE USA !!!! These are Chinese cylinders. This is blatant false advertising. If their origin is false then so may be their quality. No way to tell, and probably no way to pursue any liability. STOP BUYING CHINESE.

Not New/Pd extra shipping and didn’t receive when promised!
Tank was supposed to be new. I also paid $60 to receive in 2 days. I did not receive when promised. The tank is horrible! All scratched up and rusted.

Not Compatible
The toggle valve is not compatible with my Devilbiss i-Fill System so I will be returning the tank. Otherwise the tank is new and shipping was as promised taking a little over two weeks.
