First off, make sure you really go through the computer and make sure everything's connected. My HDD and the fans came loose during shipping and I had to reconnect them.Everything was flawless. No scuffs or scratches. It was packaged very well. Everything's as advertised. The keyboard is okay, but I got a mechanical keyboard from Walmart for $20 that was better. Mouse seems fine.All in all it's a great machine for the price. I've been pricing parts for about a month and this pre-built cost me less for about the same specs I had in my Newegg cart.

This is the worst company to get a pc threw I have had problems with my pc after 6 months and tried to send it in for warranty and they dodged it by not sending me the emails to get the shipping info or anything to get it warrantied. They just dodge you until the manufacturer warranty expires so you have spend more money with them to get in fixed. I bought mine in September of 2022 and have been trying to get it fixed since January of 2023 and nothing was done. Their pcs are trash..

Was worried about getting a brebuild,because of some of the bad reviews online,but I didn't think I had enough experience to build a pc on my own. Could not be happier with this pc,came packaged nice and professionally, great instructions easy to setup, just a awesome pc.I have the I7 12700k 16ddr5 3060.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first pc, so give or take my opinion. It's solid honestly, on the new Call of duty MW2 I can run 1440p high settings with nvidias dlss on and get 120fps(That's all my LG CX OLED supports 4k120)Now I'm sure this will do every bit of 165 if you are in that range at 1080p.

Easy setup and has great parts all around

Still waiting to here back from support but description says it has 1 TB SSD drive and 1 TB HDD drive. It is only showing the 1 TB HDD drive and not the SSD. it will take some time getting familiar with windows 11 but right now I am not a fan. Computer is fast and very quite. If I can get the drive situation resolve I will be much happier. If I don’t they will get it back.Got with Amazons support and received partial refund to cover cost of SSD drive. Still discouraging that it was missed before shipped. Wonder what else was missed. I did raise stars from 3 to a 4. Not a five because of the missing drive

Sad I paid $2200 for a prebuilt just for it to shut off while gaming straight out of the box…will play for a bit and just say no signal display port… ive tried everything unplugging ram and GPU replugging in cables…still does it. And you cant leave a review until you have spent time with the product so. Im not happy with my purchase at all.Edit* replaced the PSU, works fine, just crazy you spend that amount of money for it to not work out the box?

I'll be playing something for a few minutes and then the screens will go black and the GPU fan will start going at full speed. Probably a bad PSU but still not worth the $2000 as I have to continually restart the computer when this happens.
