Savings all around
I was mildly skeptical about the quality for the price compared to the "name brand" tool kit, but this was great. Did the job perfectly and saved me a ton of time and money!

Ball end allen is junk
The tool as for the cam lock & the HPFP luck worked good. Crank lock worked good. BUT the whole reason i got this kit instead of the smaller kit is the 6mm allen for the tensioner. The 6mm is a ball end and the allen started to twist inside the tensioner so i had to pry it out and almost mess up the new tensioner. So be aware the ball end is very low quality. And the case came damaged as well.

Good set of tools. You get what you pay for. I didn’t break anything while using these tools and it got the job done. The extra long 6mm hex was very useful.

Perfect fit and alignment for the 2012 JSW!
Very happy with this product for the 2012 TDI Jetta Sportwagen with the late CJAA engine. In case you are unaware, there are two crank locks and this one is the correct one for this year! Quality and fit were perfect for the pump pins, crank locks and tensioner tool. The delivery was super quick and the lock saved a timing belt change from becoming a trip to the dealership!
