Dear : 14 FT one's tube is 43inch long ( 5 pcs ) 18 FT one's tube is 53inch long ( 5 pcs ) 21 FT one's tube is 62inch long ( 5 pcs )

Q: Is it easy to roll out of the way on a paved lanai?

Extremely easy to move. Handle on one end and wheels on the other. Even with the blanket rolled on very light weight. I would not be concerned.

Q: How tall is this, could it be used on an above ground pool? The walls on my pool are about 5 feet high.

You could if you have a deck that the reel could be on. It’s not tall enough to be on the ground and work with an above ground pool. Unless you have access to all sides of the pool and maybe plan to pull it up high to pull over the pool? That might be pretty heavy to do and risk damaging the cover though.
