I usually only write reviews if something is terrible or amazing. This stuff is amazing. I wish I e learned about this and how terrible fluoride and no organic toothpaste and mouthwash was 30 years ago when I was old enough to decide for myself. This stuff really pulls out every, almost all plaque and build up that you really don't need to floss or use a water pick at all. Even my 4 yr old loves it. Will never go back to using anything else.

I like the Mint pulling oil because it leaves your mouth Minty Fresh. It is my favorite because I feel clean and confident for hours. I have used Guru Nanda products a few months after my dentist recommended that I stop using an electric toothbrush. I was shopping for a toothbrush when I discovered the Guru Nanda line. There is a toothbrush included in this package. It is wider and buttery soft! Very comfortable to use and no lines on your teeth! A tongue scraper is included, very sturdy for cleaning and helps leave your mouth feeling fresh. I am excited to know Guru Nanda now has the Nano tech toothpaste! I have been using another brand but will switch when it is available. I recommend this pulling oil and any of the Guru Nanda products. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

My sister highly recommended this oil. She had gum surgery and veneers on her front teeth. She was having a rough time her gums were bleeding and raw. She had a difficult time healing and recovering. Everything she used made her raw gums inflamed adding more sensitivity to her recovery. She ordered this oil and started oil pulling, almost right away her gum felt better. She continued oil pulling and made a remarkable recovery. Her gums healed beautifully without any issues. I was eating popcorn and bit down on a half popped kernel. It cracked my crown causing and infection. I have an abscess that’s very painful. I Went to the dentist and was quoted over $4000 to pull and get an implant. I don’t have $4000 grand laying around so my next option is to get rid of this infection while I search for another dentist. I’ve been oil pulling for a couple weeks and each day my abscess is shrinking. It’s still there but not as big. It was the size of a pea and have shrunken to a small size—> o. I am very satisfied with this oil. It’s kinda of daunting to swish and oil pull for 2 minutes or more every night. Your mouth does gets tired. So I multi task while I oil pull I would wash my face.. I’ll keep it in my mouth longer if I’m showering. I don’t spit it down any drain. They said oil will eventually clog the drain. I spit it in the trash can. It said to brush afterward but I prefer the oil slick in my mouth with the fresh minty flavor. My breath smells fresh and clean. I really love this product. It comes with a soft toothbrush and tongue scrapper.

Oil Pulling is absolutely life changing and this product specifically makes it so easy....also this set comes with the best toothbrush I've ever used. It is so so soft!! I cannot recommend it enough.

Bottle leaked and oil was all over the bottle and box. Seal was broken and lid slightly open. Love the product though.

My dentist hates this product cause he is no longer able to charge me for early stage cavity treatments.
