They move, although some are a bit stiff, at first. They actually work quite well after you give them a workout. The pieces are sturdy (solid metal) but i think they get bent in shipping.Play with each one to work out the kinks and, if needed, apply a dot of lubrication to the tight joint. As the males are unusually oversized :), so you may have to, ever so gently, bend the offending "part" back (just a hair!) so that the lady will have room to move freely :)The more you play with them, the easier they move. Amazing bargain! Less than $2 each! Very well made. Cannot be bent by hand (strong metal & rivets).

Not surprised, and for the price, kind of expected, but most of these are very very tight to start with, and require repeated movements to free up a bit and work as expected. Several of them are so tightly riveted at the pivot points that I haven't been able to free them up at all yet. Which means those pieces aren't even matching the description, or intent of the product! So decide if the low price is still good for you even if it's really only for four or five actually *working* pieces...

Oh my goodness I didn’t read the description well enough. These are the best keychains ever! They MOVE! If you have a great sense of humor then these will make you laugh.

These are funny and a great gag gift. I gave them to some guys at work and kept one for myself. Every single one broke with in a few weeks. They do go on your keys, so I understand they may not be treated super gently. I was tad disappointed they did not last longer.
