Astral Projection: Your Personal Guide to the Astral World

This book has the best coverage I've seen of negative astral encounters. That is something I have first-hand experience with. A few years ago, I was leisurely cruising along the periphery of the Milky Way, alone, when I spotted a moving pointer which resembled a comet. I knew it was a sign to drop by a check point for some kind of interrogation, and I wanted no part of it. I continued along, ignoring that pointer. A moment later, I was suddenly back in my body, with an entity close in front of me. It looked like something out of a science fiction movie. It was black and smaller than a typical man. Its body looked distinctly non-human, like its surface resembled some kind of alien outfit or uniform. A moment later, it was gone. Before that negative encounter, I was staring to experience ease in getting out of body. But after that unfortunate event, I have spent three long arduous years of intense work, trying to recover my previous level of ease and ability in getting out of body. I have lived a genuine hell since then, as a result of that personal disaster.

I have become interested in astral projection as of the last couple of months, leading me to read Astral Projection: Your Personal Guide to the Astral World by Alex Akana. Recently I experienced lucid dreaming and am now excited to find and learn more about accessing/experiencing this 'other (astral) world.' I like this book by Mr. Akana and learned much. Quick and easy to read; very affordable (free on Kindle-Unlimited), this book has something for everyone, regardless of their level of AP understanding/knowledge. Enjoy and have fun!

I really enjoyed this book. It was informative about the Astral Realm and it got me even more motivated to try. I definitely recommend this one!

Not very long but still smart little read even if it's just to brush up on what you may already know. This book doesn't go into great detail so it probably wouldn't do a beginner much good. Either way I love reading and I love my books. I was happy to add this to my collection.

I rather enjoyed reading this book. I learned a lot about the subject and its history as well as techniques and more. I really love that it didnt read like a text book. The author didnt drone on and on for pages repeating the same things over and over. 10 out of 10.

I loved how concise this book was. I felt that I learned a solid foundation about AP but was not overwhelmed. I read it in about an hour. The author also took care to be respectful of different cultures and people's interpretations of the AP experience.

Reading this book made me reevaluate what I know about astral projection! With this information i know what to feel, see, and experience when i do finally project.

An easy read; very informative, with a straightforward and balanced approach. All of my basic questions were addressed and I feel prepared, encouraged and excited to begin my astral experience!

I'm greaful I came across this book. I have a blockage from fear from a experience I had when I first started to AP. This gave me the knowledge and tools to try again with confidence,. And they say knowledge is key and can't be taken from you once you learn it 😃😃
