Better than expected!
For starters, when I ordered this bag, I wasn't expecting it until the end of the month. So when the bag arrived within the week I ordered it, I was pleasantly surprised and happy! The bag was carefully wrapped and packaged.It is gorgeous! Love it colors and it's different from the other Loungefly bags I had.I would definitely bag from them again!

Very satisfied with what I received maybe a little stiff at first but I’m sure once you break it in it’s nice. Fits quite a good amount of items and the inside has a cute pattern inside as well

Was looking forward to receiving this bag since it’s so cute, and I’m a huge Pokémon fan. The delivery was fast, and the quality of the purse seems great. But while I was inspecting it to make sure that everything was in order I noticed that it had a line going down the front pocket. At first I thought it was just a mark that I could easily scrub off, but instead it was a cut.Very disappointed to have received a damaged item.
