One thing to take note of if you purchase this....
Saw an ad for a similar item & I was hooked. This has been something I have desperately needed, but never even knew such a product existed. Went to Amazon instead & started searching for 'posture correction belt'. Don't know why I settled on this particular one, but I did. (Most of these therapeutic anatomy devices are gimmicky & ineffective.). It looked pretty much the way I figured it would. Very easy to figure out. Size & material quality all passed the test. (The bands affix to each other right away. Not cheaply made). Gotta say I was surprised that it really does have the strength to lock your shoulders into alignment. Went super tight at first. Extremely effective but you can't stay super tight for too long. Especially if jogging. If you have a gut, this will hide it for sure & give you a more dignified posture. But it's especially good for running/exercise. I have worn it sitting at my desk at work for up to 6 hrs. Here is one really important disclaimer that had me ultra-frustrated: About a week in, one of the shoulder bands got coiled up & would not rest flush on my shoulder. When you apply tension, it makes the belt extremely uncomfortable if there is a kink in the strap. I took it off, layed it out flat & tried to iron out the kink. I learned that you CAN'T do it this way. If you get a strap tangled, DO NOT try to resolve it this way on a table. I wasted 90 mins. (Because of the way the strap needs to rotate like a helix, you have to put it on & have someone stand behind you & find the kink) It took less than 5 mins. The product was not shipped w the tangle, rather it was something that I must have caused. Very easy fix if you have someone align for you while belt is strapped on. Lastly, I had reached out to the company prior to resolving the coiled strap & gave my feedback that the product exceeded my expectations but somehow I got it tangled & was frustrated. They responded right away. Could not have been more courteous & professional. Wasn't even their fault & they expressed empathy & concern. Don't know much about this company but I do know their customer service is top notch....with superior professionalism. And they absolutely put out a quality product that does what it says it will do.

Great all-around posture support
I ordered several posture correcting support ranging from $15 to $65 and this one from Shaperky was right in the middle pricing wise, but was my favorite of the bunch to actually use. The quality was noticeably better than the cheaper ones, but right up there with the more expensive ones. But where this support really stands out from all of the others is the adjustability and comfort. It is the easiest to adjust while wearing (I make a lot of minor adjustments if I'm eating, changing from sitting/standing, etc.). Having separate straps for adjusting fit (velcro strap across torso) and tension on the shoulders (velcro bands located on either side below your armpits) is such a nice feature that is missing from all other supports I tried. The mechanism for pulling the arm straps down to prevent them from digging into my armpits and creating discomfort is another feature noticeably absent from the other supports I tried. It's clear that a lot of care and research went into the design of this support and it really makes all the difference. The only downside I've found with this support is that since it has the option for the hard support along the spine (which I personally don't use), there is a lot of extra material in that area that can be a bit awkward if sitting back in a chair or laying down, but getting into those positions is generally against the point of wearing this in the first place so it doesn't really matter IMO. I ended up returning all other posture supports except this one, which I keep at my desk and use regularly, and a basic $15 support that I keep at my bed for the occasions where I feel I need some support while watching TV and am too lazy to go to my desk to get my main one.

Can affect eyes! Just to let people know, correcting poor posture..... has many effects!!
This product is well made, it fits well, it makes me stand up straighter by pulling shoulders back and pulling rib cage back too- to take bow out of back and neck. So no problem to company, but I put this 3 rating so maybe someone would look at it- being 3 stars, since I only look at 3 to 5, to see what problems I may encounter with an item I am thinking of buying. I want to help anyone who is scared because they had odd lines in eyes and blurry spots like I did. AT first I had no connection between odd colored lines in both eyes, very distracting, bright, semi circle and colored with black divisions, kinda like an indian bead bracelet. Made me kinda worried, but after walking around for 10 minutes it slowly went away. I figured maybe I had stretched my neck wrong as it is likely to have to do with pinched nerve from spine to eyes......I hoped ....and not some kind of loose retina. Then right after wearing a posture correcter for a half hour, the 2nd time,,,,this time I got big circles of blurry in each eye surrounded by the pretty colored lines. This I did not like, as it interfered with my seeing clearly to read the comuter monitor....but figured this time, by the close timing-it was the posture corrector aligning my spine and neck different- that caused it. Walked around the block outdoors to move back , back to where it had been,, and it went away! Whew!! So do wear this a Very short time at first. I think the part that gets pinched is between skull and first neck bone, that goes to eyes. So dont panic, but wear it short time and then move around alot if you get the odd eye lines!! It does show me my spine is really out of alignment more then I thought!! I had worked 20 years in a job where I bent in a half curve over tiny art work I do on my crossed knee, and my back feels comfortable that way by now, but I also stand with a curve outwards to my back at shoulders, which hunches me over and makes it not as easy to breath and I have read-, affects digestion to, so it is worth while to try to stand up straighter again! Oh and it also affects sciatic nerve in lower pelvic, as most of us stand a bit lopsided and I guess this makes one straight from side to side too if the straps are pulled correctly and evenly. Anyway thank you to this product for showing me I need to really work on my back!! :)

GREAT BRACE -- If you have to order a different size -- it's worth the trouble
I LOVE this brace; it gives great support and is comfortable IFFFF you get the right size. Size charts are great but give a best estimate of whether it will fit a particular person. My measurements are 36" and 165 lbs which puts me "in between" sizes. (Sm/M or L/xL). *** First Brace Ordered : L/XL, per site recommendation to "size up." It was waaay too big and didn't provide much support. *** Second Brace: Sm/M: PERFECT & great support! Love it! *********** HIGHLY RECOMMEND; if the first doesn't fit try a different size; it's worth it!

Works well for me!
I have noticed walking past store front windows that I was looking like the center figure in the evolution chart with a certain amount of back strain to go with it. This device will definitely make you stand at attention and actually train your back to straighten up. The strained feeling in between the blades is relieved and it feels so good. The size was perfect and the quality and design is definitely worth the price. I'm not sure why people have given this a low score, has to be user error, or you ordered the wrong size... Might need to shed a few, then reorder.. Lol

It runs small
This is personal; not for ewverybody, I'm a suze M but this posture corrector could be a small size because it hurts under my arms and I have decided not to wear any more. The quality is very good and it does what is supposed to do but I find it uncomfortable for me.
