The item arrived quickly and I started taking them a few days after. It is over three weeks since I started on them and they appear to suppress my appetite for food and craving. I have notice that my energy have increased. These are in capsule form which I like because I hate swallowing tablets. They do not leave any after taste which is another benefit for me. There are no side effects tht i have noticed so I would definitely say they are good for me.I would buy again to continue with the effect of what I have observed.

I've been taking these for a while and reap the benefits. However, my mum who has FT Dementia was real sick with infections back in Oct. Hospitalised twice and it wasn't looking good. Not as good as other products I've used.

I was fed up of feeling 'not right. Did some research and discovered irish sea moss. I started taking these back in September. I feel great within myself now, I no longer feel tired and drained all the time. My stomach issues have settled and i seem to have much more energy. Give them a go and see how you feel in a months time.

After 40 years of riding horses and walking dogs it has taken a toll on my poor knees. They often swell up. After taking these seamoss tablets though I no longer have the swelling and my knees are much better

This one star rating is a personal rating on my own experience based on my own health condition - hypertension. This product nearly sent me to hospital! If you suffer from high blood pressure, please do NOT take this product. I took it and my pressure went up to 167/125…which is crazy high for me. It will take several weeks for my body to regulate itself again. Research this product properly. If you have regular or low blood pressure, then I should think this item will not do any harm to you. For me, it’s a totally different story. No offence to the sellers, but a warning should be added to this product for people with hypertension to seek medical advice before taking this.
