This product is one of the best leather creams to make your leather new. I did some research to see that Jaguar and Ferarri and other major furniture manufacturers like Flexsteel also use. If its good enough for major manufacturers and others. I can see how amazing this product truly protects and makes my leather new again.

This stuff works nicely, but I received the cleanser. After checking the other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. I request a replacement and also received the cleanser once again.As a cleanser, it was gentle and soft on my vintage leather pieces. It also didn't damage the canvas parts of the piece which was a major concern. Overall I'm happy with the cleanser since it seems to condition the leather as well.

Cleaned my seats extremely well and look like new!

I ordered this and it was missing on of the cleaners. So I ordered a new one to return the other. I got the new package and AGAIN I am missing one of the cleaners/stain removers. I again only got half of my order for the second time. Horrible service

I am a firm believer in the detailer's maxim "use the least aggressive method or product available." If the least aggressive method doesn't work, then move onto the next, etc., until you get the job done. You run a much smaller chance of damaging something by following that simple rule.The leather products I normally use even sell two types of cleaners...a gentle one and a more heavy duty cleaner.The leather seats in my SUV are a light color Ford named "stone." With the leather being that light in color, I need to clean it frequently. Harsh cleaners would likely damage the clear coating that comes on most automotive leathers. Shortly after this arrived, I noticed some blue jean transfer on my driver's seat, so I decided to try this cleaner. I didn't spray this directly on the seat as the directions state, rather I sprayed it into a microfiber cloth. I wiped the stains and then left the cloth, damp with cleaner, on top of the stains to allow the product to dwell on the stains a bit longer. That did the trick and the blue stains then came off easily. The seat was clean with a nice matt finish. Next was the steering wheel. I wash my hands frequently and it always amazes me how quickly a steering wheel can get dirty. Again, the cleaner was effective leaving a clean and proper matt finish.So far this cleaner has worked well without causing any damage. I will continue to use it.

*** Updated Review: ***After I left my original review the company did contact me wanting to make things right. I explained that I had already returned the product so I was not sure what more they could do for me at that point. They said they still wanted to make things right and asked if they could still send me the correct product at no charge for me to still try out. They did state that there was some kind of mix-up when shipping several of these out and they were just trying to make things right. I agreed and have received the correct product but have not been able to use it yet. I am grateful to companies like this that are willing to do what they need to do to make things right when something goes wrong. I am very happy with the customer service I received for this product and once I have had the chance to use the cleaner, I will update my review further. It is hard to find companies like this that really appreciate their customers.*** Original Review: ***The only thing that I received was the leather conditioner that you see in the photos. When I submitted that I received the wrong item, I was not given the choice to have the correct item sent to me, only a refund for the returned product. Very disappointed in this one because I got this to clean a leather sofa I was selling. Instead, I had to go out and buy something from one of those big box stores because I did not have time to find another one and wait for it to arrive. I could not afford to ruin the sofa either or it would have cost me even more money because I would have lost money on the sale of the sofa.

This does a decent job on small cleaning areas. Does a great job on motorcycle seats but not on my f250 seats. I use a well known product for that job.

Like other reviewers, I received the leather cleaner, not the conditioner. It is a great product that has breathed life back into all kinds of leather goods we own. My son used it on our saddles, I have used it on my Coach handbags, belts, etc. It cleans off the dirt and grime and leaves the leather soft and rejuvenated. I always follow my leather cleanings with a conditioner and a buff with a soft cloth. We really like this cleaner and would order it again. 1 star off because it is not what was advertised.
