This battery is a perfect replacement for the Westinghouse WGen 9500 generator battery. It is the exact same size as the original battery. It came charged at 12.5 volts. I put my trickle charger on the new battery and charged it for about 30 minutes. The battery voltage went up to 13.4 volts. I installed the new battery and am ready for any power failures, if they happen. I started the generator with no problem. I left the battery disconnect cable disconnected to prevent any parasitic current leakage to occur during storage of generator. REMEMBER to connect the battery cable to the battery when the generator is needed to operate.

I purchased this battery for a 2006 Ninja 650r. It worked great. It was ready to go out of the box. Very pleased. Shipping was a few days later but worth the wait. I only got one ride out of it and it will not take a charge

Excellent price for an ATV battery, however it only started my ATV twice. I checked the battery voltage after I started the ATV the first time with the battery and the ATV’s alternator was keeping it at 14.3 volts. When I tried to start it the 3rd time a few days later it turned the motor over for about a second or 2 and stopped. I even had the battery hooked up to a trickle charger which was keeping it charged at 14 volts. When I checked the battery after I attempted to start the ATV it was only putting out about 6 volts. Didn’t even last a month. Can’t return through amazon so now trying to work with Chrome’s warranty which needs an order # and does not recognize amazon’s order #. Amazon should let you know in the description that you can’t return battery through them.

I was prompted to write this meaningless review. It's a motorcycle battery and as with all auto batteries, it starts out working fine. Whether or not it was worth the price or not, give me a couple years... I've just had it a week. Edit: Six months later, it's doing fine. I suspect it will give me the two years I expect from it so... now I don't feel bad about giving it five stars. :-) Edit2: Two years four months later, still working fine. So, although I expect more than 2 or 3 years from a battery, this one, for the price I paid, has been good so far. And I'm betting I'll get another year or two. Looking at a few other reviews, it seems quality control might have gone downhill. Or maybe I just got lucky. But I'd still buy another when the time comes. Edit3: Five years and it's time to replace. I haven't ridden enough the last year or so so it's gone dead which is hard on a battery. Possibly if I was still riding regularly it would still be okay.

Fits perfectly in bike works great

Had this in my Honda recon for a year. Came out of the box fully charged with out having to mess with acid. Terminals are slightly different than the Honda OEM ones, and were a pain in the ass to tighten down in my box. Idk what it would be like in other makes. My recon now turns over in the dead of winter no problem even after not riding for months. Only have had for a year so dont know about longevity.

Battery fit perfect and didn’t need to add the fluid or charge it

Bought this battery to replace dead one on my 2006 Yamaha V-Star 650. I also have added attachments on my bike (LED lights, cigar/usb socket, and battery tender) and they all fit without issues and have not drained battery anymore than previous. This is great replacement to my OEM for my bike and still handles all of my accessories. I did buy in Winter and have only recently got back out on the bike but in storage I do keep a tender on it and starts perfect every time since this new battery replacement.
