Great combination of tools
I like the set. I would suggest buying thread because the amount of each color wouldn’t finish a project bigger than a small wallet. I’m glad I know upholstery thread with beeswax on it works.

Exactly what I needed
Truly a great value for the price. I'm glad it's a true beginner's set of tools etc, because I know how to use all these things, instead of a lot of "What the heck is this for?". A lot of good stuff in a small sturdy case: an awl, cutter, ring thimble (for pushing needles through tough leather), three hole punchers, 10 spools of waxed thread in common colors, and a big tube of needles, with a curved needle on the side. Love this set and I've used it and tools from it several times.

Nice kit.
This kit is well assembled. Well worth the money. Everything is good quality, and it's nice to have everything in one place. I would buy it again. :-)

Great for Beginners
I bought this PLANTIONAL Leather Stitching Sewing Kit: 31PCS Leather Sewing Kit with 4mm Lacing Stitching Kit for a granddaughter who is interested in doing some leather work. I have 55 years of experience in leatherwork, and she wants me to teach her. I looked over the kit, and it has everything she needs to get started making the project she wants to do first. The items in the kit are good quality, at a very reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning leather work.

Great set
I bought this to see my cowhide leather stockings but have used it for much more in the short time I’ve had it! It has everything you need and comes with several different size needles and shapes. The thread is waxed wrapped so it does not fray and can secure the not at the end by burning a bit and melting the wax
