Isn't 1000 mg of ha a lot? from what i've been told 200 mg is a lot.

it is 1000 for two pills , I just take 1 500mg , and just take 1 or 2 times a week , as I take a normal HA 200mg the other days

Yes low-molecular weight hyaluronic acid ( 500-730 kDa ). Although I believe the recommended dosage is too high. I take it off and on, and use it topically.
