I recently purchased the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly planners from Clear Mind Concepts, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The planners are beautifully designed with high-quality paper, and the tear-off pages make them incredibly practical for everyday use. As someone who loves to stay organised, these planners have quickly become essential to my daily routine. When I received my order, I was initially disappointed to find that the Daily planner had some damaged and torn pages. However, the response from Clear Mind Concepts was genuinely exceptional. I reached out to them, explaining the issue, and I was immediately impressed by their prompt and courteous response, which reassured me of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Tom, one of the co-owners, personally addressed my concern, apologised for the inconvenience, and reassured me that this was not the standard they aimed for. He explained that the damage likely occurred during transit and promptly arranged for a replacement planner to be sent to me. The replacement planner arrived swiftly, packaged carefully, and in perfect condition. The customer service experience was outstanding, turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Really good desk planner. Page layout helps capture notes and ideas in a clear format and reduces using lots of post it notes and scrap paper. Excellent value for money.

Good thick paper. Great layout easy to use and just exactly wht I wanted!

Wow what a helpful little product. Improved my productivity massively - my pad is always on my desk now and helps me prioritize work load. Great pad well laid out and will last for a long time. I use it to write out weekly tasks and project milestones for work. Helps me to remember and goodbye to lots of sticky notes!!

I love a good planner. This one has some good headings such as Don’t Forget to Reply, Must Do and similar. The biggest downside was the dark print at the top where you write the date. It’s so dark I can’t really see what I’ve written. Also, I think there are perhaps too many different sections so not enough space in any of them. Perhaps two less would be better. All in all an ok planner pad and my go-to when my preferred pad is out of stock. Change the heading to a lighter colour and it would be a winner n

I really like this pad and I know I will use it. However, now that I see it on my desk, I think I would go for the smaller size pad next time. But the extra space is great if you need it.
