Fabulous ANC Earphones.
Awesome Active Noise Cancellation, It almost eliminates all ambient noise. I have tested them near industrial compounds with loud ambient noise and they eliminated 85% of the noise, With ANC You just hear slight high pitch sounds like car/bike horns, Everything else is eliminated.! Battery life and comfort are great, For longer listening sessions I have found them very comfortable.Additionally, the sound signature it's fabulous, They produce loud detailed sounds with all nuances and have a wide sound stage. The Sennheiser Smart Control app is essential to control them. I will recommend resetting earphones through the app after you connect them for the first time and modifying the touch control settings by changing ANC with one touch on the left.Overall I loved them.!!

Does not work with Samsung galaxy phones which have SBC audio codec
CX model does not have SBC codec which is needed for it to work with Samsung galaxy phones.For a renound company like sennheiser they should include all codecs.

Sound is awesome
The sound quality is extremely good. Do not try to compare with some other thing. Very balanced and sweet.

Buggy
Great sound quality but has few bugs which include: audio stopped playing after repeatedly pausing & sound delay (resolved after restarting). Overall build quality is good and feels premium.

It has few minor scratches, looks unboxed product, working fine as of now will update review in future.One thing to note that it is not comfortable for small ears

Facing issues with sound quality and connectivity
Being a renewed product, claiming warranty is a hassle, a pillar to post in between Amazon to Sennheiser and Appario retail Seller.After many emails and calls, i was forced to clear the Amazon pay later balance, which was taken care by Axio, which was used to take this item.Near 3 months of communication still no clear picture was provided by Axio or Amazon.Looks like Amazon take pride in taking coustomer for a ride.#CS-Amazon and #AskAxio worst coustomer support.
