Defective product
I just bought this item with full of excitement but when I opened turned on bluetooth headphones, I tried to connect to my mobile and laptop it doesn’t showed rockerz425 name. Tried multiple times finally, I concluded that it is defective. I just got disappointed for receiving the product especially boat company. I never thought, I would receive the defective product.

Item was not working bought on 5th june. off on button is working. We Sent it to boat service center and they accept the fault with a certificate and said to contact amazon customer care and received that on 21st june .but customer care is saying replacement date is over now what can we do with that defective item
