This is it, this is good stuff. This is the second time I've purchased this. It's a good sized container, it lasts a while. Although the taste is what I want to emphasize. It's not earth shattering, but it's consistent. It doesn't have that strong lingering aftertaste (from my experience). It dissolves well in both water & milk. It tastes just as good if you use water. It's got a low amount of sugar, good amount of protein, so I can't complain. Overall it's worth the purchase. And much more affordable than most of the other options.

EDIT: I let it sit in the car while I was in the gym and after an hour, the taste completely changed! Absolutely the best tasting pre I’ve had! I tried this a few more times and even had my girlfriend try it right after I made it and 30+min later and she was also shocked how the flavor went from trash to amazing. I’ll rate it 4 stars because I can’t drink it immediately. Will stick with MM. Original: It is so clumpy, you can’t get a good full scoop and tastes absolutely terrible 🤢 I got it in place of my body fortress brand because they’ve been out of vanilla for a few weeks. I love MM’s single serve in store but this is absolutely garbage, smells like baby formula

I love this flavor, I know it's a personal taste, but I find it genuinely delicious! Originally bought this during a sale and tried other flavors afterward, such as chocolate, but I keep coming back to this one. I usually half the recommended serving for post-workout recovery, and it mixes well without clumping using a banana, sometimes PB, ice cubes, and water. Best part? It doesn't upset my stomach like some protein powders do. The taste is smooth and not overly artificial. If you're trying Muscle Milk for the first time, I'd say that this banana flavor is the one to get!

Not being one to reinvent the wheel, I tried the Cookies and Cream Muscle Milk on the recommendation of my son although I did do my own research prior to embarking on this nutritional journey. As I had returned to the gym one year ago with a regular and vigorous workout schedule and regimen, I struggled to get adequate protein in my diet. This product allows me to get 32 grams of protein (equivalent to 5 eggs, 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, 2 cups black beans); I dissolve it in 12 oz of cold water in a shaker bottle. Fearing the worst as pertaining to taste and texture, I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it for the first time. Aside from the cookie crumbs in the product, the entire powder dissolved completely. The flavor was pleasantly sweet though not overly so, the texture was not gritty or chalky, and no lingering aftertaste remained. One of the best things about Muscle Milk is that it has been tested for over 270 banned substances which offers an added element of confidence and security in the product. I have been using this product for workout recovery and protein supplementation for about one year. Along with other dietary changes and a continued workout schedule my strength, stamina, and definitely muscle mass have improved. I went from being unable to do one sit-up to doing regular strength training and high intensity interval training workout classes at the age go 72. Of course this change is multifactorial, but the use of Muscle Milk has become an important part of daily physical fitness routine. Thought this was the same quality powder, just on sale. Then i looked at the G protein, and i found that the cheaper price was because of a much lower protein content than other muscle milk products. I was expecting 50g per two scoops (like their bagged powder), but you only get 32g per two scoops on this product. Shame, because I've trusted the brand and bought other Muscle Milk products before.
