Good vitamins, not enough supply!
These are good vitamins, they are easy to chew and use. The one negative about them is there is never 30 days supply in each bottle!

I have these delivered monthly with a Subscribe and Save! They really help me with getting in daily doses of fruits and vegetables. I feel better and my triglycerides are now in the normal range! First time in 2 years and this was the only change I made!

These have unhealthy food ingredients in them
I know that it is somewhat my fault, but I got the chews and took my first dose. They seemed very sweet to the taste. I than looked at the ingredients list further, and under the other ingredients section it is listed that these are full of sugar and vegetable oil. I am very disappointed in myself especially. Sugar and oil causes inflammation in the body, which goes against eating or supplementing healthier.

When trying to manage different diets and general life/day to day, it feels impossible to get it all in for essentials nutrients. This fruits and veggies supplement came recommended by a friend so I gave it a shot and eating them together is tasty (veggies taste green, as expected in a gummy, so eat it with the fruits gummy for better taste) The supply is good for what its worth, and there are essential vitamins and nutrients in here than I can fit into my weekly diet. Easy addition to my daily vitamins, and oddly enough they remind me to eat my raw whole foods in tandem. Highly recommended for vital nutrients
